Services

Interpretation & Translation

Interpretation services are provided in person, over the phone (OPI) and video remote (VRI).  Documents are translated to and from English, Spanish and Vietnamese.

Language Services

Students can enroll and take online Language and Culture Education courses.

Services for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) are specialized and provided on an individual need basis.

About Kim

Kim was born in Ben Tre, Vietnam in 1985. Her family immigrated to the United States when she was 5 years old. She spoke both Vietnamese and English in the home and she studied Spanish in school. During college she volunteered and studied abroad in Oaxaca, Mexico. Afterwards, for 6 years she continued to volunteer helping the Spanish community in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, Michigan and worked as an English Language Learner (ELL) Tutor and Spanish Interpreter/Translator. She spent the following 7 years doing similar work in  Ho Chi Minh City and Ben Tre, Vietnam.  In 2019 she moved back to America and began pursuing a career in Medical Interpretation. Call Kim 24/7 LLC was established in March of 2020.
